On the ranch side, Circle R Ranch on Cross Timbers Road spreads across 60 acres with two distinct event spaces, a 30,000 square foot Western pavilion and a more intimate ranch house, and has hosted Texas celebrations for over 50 years. At Hidden Pines, the barn door reveal is the shot, and I position for it like it is the only photo of the day. Then the timeline needs to deliver you outside roughly 75 minutes before sunset for portraits.   • ARCHIVE, $5,200: 8 hours of coverage with one photographer and a full online gallery.
  • ESTATE, $6,000: 8 hours with two photographers, plus an engagement session.
  • LEGACY, $6,800: 10 hours with two photographers, film photography, and an engagement or bridal session.
  • HERITAGE, $9,000: all-day coverage, two photographers, engagement and bridal sessions, film, and a custom album.
